I’ll write more later, but the Traffic Department hearing officer ruled in my favor this morning and our tow charges will be refunded and the ticket withdrawn.

Gee, I didn’t know the city would play “let’s make a deal”. Good call on your part.
Congrats! Who says you can’t fight city hall?
Now the question comes, do they fix the sign, or just continue ticketing and towing people that don’t have the time or energy to fight those actions?
