Speaking With Cingular

No cell service – still. I called Cingular (it being between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM).

The woman on the phone was friendly enough, but clueless as to my situation.

“Yes,” there was an outage reported in your area, but it seems to have been cleared.

Uh… no, it’s not. So we wait.

Helaine asked me if Cingular was going to refund the minutes Steffie’s using to call us on our landline phone (as opposed to the included cell-to-cell coverage)? I expect not.
