Last night I spent three hours trying to load a new version of MythTV, which is DVR software, onto a spare computer in a spare room. That’s three hours I’ll never get back!
As we speak, I’m attempting again. It can be done and I’ll do it – damn it.
This is just another example of my frustration trying to work with Linux, aka: The Penguin. It looks so warm and fuzzy from the outside. It seems so new and improved. And then, just when you think you’ve got the upper hand and have turned lead into gold, it shows you who’s boss.
Not me!
