Spring starts in a few days. There’s a storm on the way. As is often the case, it’s so complicated it will be difficult to describe!
It looks like snow, freezing rain and then heavy rain. So, winter storm problems, iciing problems and probably some flooding.
I need to take a deep breath and stay focused.
Geoff, I don’t think we’ll get as much rain as you forecast. The storm is supposed to go over the Cape Cod Canal, and while I don’t see it all snow either, I expect 6-12 inches before a change to sleet and possibly freezing rain. The shore will see lots of rain, but up in northern Ct., it will be a snow/sleet/freezing rain event.
