Helaine called a few hours ago. The neighbor’s alarm has tripped again.
I called the police and they were very nice, but there’s not much they can do. They came, they looked, they left to chase real crime.
The ironic part is, alarms are designed so when they’re in doubt, they make noise. They’re purposely designed to be difficult to shut down.
Mission accomplished!
