Exercise And Bubble Wrap

Finally it was time for a combination move that ends in a squat. I did one. I did a second. I did a third.

We were exercising a few minutes ago. Today is the easier of the two routines we alternate. We went through stretches and push-ups and lunges. You get the idea.

Finally it was time for a combination move that ends in a squat. I did one. I did a second. I did a third.

I finished in silence.

  1. The knees? That’s not a sign of age. My 21 y.o. son has had snappy knees for some years. There’s a name for it. Doesn’t kill so I forgot. :/

  2. Since I was a teenager, most of the joints in my body crack a few times a day, my neck, back ,shoulders, elbows, hips and knees.

Yoga has helped a lot to stretch the joints and make everything move a lot more smoothly. There are ways to improve this and I’m aiming for a click free body in a decade or two!

    Get fit, have fun!
