I Love Her Shoes

I know LEDs have been embedded in sneakers for years, but these were different. These were brighter with more sparkle.

A lot of people work here at FoxCT and the Courant. I apologize for not knowing the name of the woman I joined in the elevator this afternoon as I headed upstairs to the newsroom. She was there with her daughter who was wearing amazing sneakers.

It’s pretty obvious this young girl likes her shoes! Me too.

  1. I really love how you find something of interest in nearly every aspect of your life, from a late night drive home to cool sneakers on a little girl in the elevator!! Kudos!

  2. Oh yes, those are quite popular among the elementary school girls! My daughter who is 4.5 yrs old would also love these, but she would spend too much time staring at her feet than watching where she’s going! She already has a hard time doing that without light-up shoes!

  3. My daugher has to have her twinkle toes! (3yrs old) After the initial thrill of seeing her feet light up, she doesn’t get distracted by them anymore.
