We’re in the waiting room. It’s time to see the neurosurgeon who worked on my back. The doctor is running a little late.
His assistant just popped out to say we could take a short walk if we wanted to.
“He’s just getting out of emergency brain surgery.”
Best excuse ever!
Hopefully he was performing the brain surgery and not undergoing it!
