Videos From My Distant Past

Years ago, back at the old place, I used to plant a garden and do occasional science and technology reports. I won a few Emmys for the sci/tech pieces.

As time went on I was discouraged from doing them.

If you enjoy my garden and sci/tech packages on FoxCT that last sentence is probably a head scratcher. I never understood either. Does one ever understand the boss?

This morning I got an email from Larry Fitzgerald. At one time he was Channel 8’s production editor, working in (what was at the time) a very sophisticated edit suite. Nowadays he’s the guy who puts together many of the special features you see during the major awards shows (among other things).

From the archaeological dig site that is my garage, this has been unearthed. (That the tape was even playable is a small miracle.)

Enjoy.
