Cupcakes! In the fridge!
Helaine was in Branford. There were cupcakes between her and here. She made the right choice.
I am downstairs, alone. They’re just sitting there. Do you know how tempting they are?
Cupcakes are a two edged sword. They look appealing. Then you bite in. Wow.
Of course, they are not good for me. My body has already taken on a new shape. I don’t need additional help.
The secret to today’s gourmet cupcakes is every unhealthy ingredient humanly possible. Milk, eggs, sugar, butter. A lot of butter.
I’m sure they’re the highest quality. Repeat the first sentence from the last paragraph here.
This is comfort food at a time of stress. Moving is exciting, but not easy.
Thank you, Helaine.
Bottled water?? I see bottled water!! Shame!! You need a reusable bottle and a Pur Filter!!! Get a crackin – shopping trip ๐
One of the most perfect foods…..cupcakes and pizza….cannot resist either!
Are those Sugar Bakery cupcakes? She definitely made the right choice. ๐
I think the Buying/Selling is what is really the most stressful part of moving.
Keep Calm and Carry On!
So did you cave in and have a cupcake?
Who can resist a cupcake? I have some in the freezer and have been known to eat one frozen.
The “light” string cheese seems so out-of-place next to those wonderful goodies!
It’s all about balance, Alan! (at least that’s what I tell myself when enjoying a sugar-free drink with oreos!)
Geoff, Eat the cupcake you know you want to. Life is too short to always deny yourself. You’ll be working it off with the move.
I’ve been on cupckae binges before. I’m doing popcicles now which is another reason I’m unhappy about the cold weather. Who REALLY wants to eat something frozen when it’s so cold?
As for moving; I hate it. I lose more stuff in moving, no matter how organized I am and how well I label things. I’ve moved 4 times in the past 5 years and hopefully won’t have to do it again any time soon.
