While waiting for our cruise ship to leave Manhattan and while waiting to disembark five days later I stared at this West Side building. It is one-of-a-kind. In essence there’s a multistory building atop the building!
Is it office space? A penthouse apartment? I am captivated by its style and how it dares to be so different.
