A few days ago I went to the roof to shoot a picture for a photo challenge. It wasn’t artistry, but I thought it was worth submitting.
Maybe not.
On a 1 to 10 scale, it is currently rated 4.6645. Thank heavens it’s broken down to the nearest 10,000th!
The people who do the judging are very critical, so 4.7 isn’t as bad as it seems… but it’s not that good either. I have seen a week’s winner rate under 7. It will be a few more days before I see where I fit into the pack versus the others.
Taking photos to satisfy a subject is very challenging. Different subjects open very different possibilities. I am looking forward to doing more.
