Sexiest Man Alive

I was sitting at my desk, my 11:00 PM weather segment over. As is sometimes the case, I still had my earpiece in. In the studio, that’s the only way to hear the news.

Brian, the producer, clicked his mic and told me to watch the next segment. A few minutes later, he said it again. That’s not textbook subtlety.

I knew something was up, but not what. It all became clear when the anchors started talking about People Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive (George Clooney) and this popped up!
