There are things you never know about a home until you’ve moved in and lived there for a while. We have an amazing location for the setting Sun and red dusk which often follows. Who knew?
We live on a dead end street. The end is capped with a manicured lawn around 20 feet back to some shrubs, trees and a fence. On the other side and down a dozen feet is an orchard/farm owned by UC Irvine.
From here the land slopes toward sea level a dozen miles away and the view seems endless. Beyond Catalina, on the left, is San Clemente Island, 66 miles away.
The salt air over the Pacific (which never penetrates this far inland) helps keep the sunsets pretty.
I enjoy keeping up with your California lifestyle Geoff
